My rescue is named after my beloved Hoover, a yorkie I will always have near and dear to my heart, taken from me in a very tragic accident!
My rescue focuses on saving dogs and puppies in Quitman and Panola counties in Mississippi. Here in Quitman county there is NO animal control, no shelter and no pound. Hoovers Hause IS the ONLY avenue! Our doors will always be open to other "furbabies" in need, depending on available space and funding.
Also what's important is EDUCATION! After moving to Crenshaw a year ago...I am truly appauled with the lack of empathy for dogs here!
